Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase and sales orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Coordinate deliveries and stock movements, liaising with Transport teams and Cold stores

  • Raise invoices promptly and complete month-end processing to strict deadlines

  • Process credit notes accurately and efficiently

  • Credit Control, including sending statements and chasing overdue invoices.

  • Communicate proactively via phone and email to resolve queries and prevent delays

  • Provide organised operational and administrative support to the Managing Director

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational and administrative processes

  • Manage shared mailboxes and ensure timely, professional responses

  • Provide general business, sales, and operational support as required
