Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchase and sales orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Coordinate deliveries and stock movements, liaising with Transport teams and Cold stores

Raise invoices promptly and complete month-end processing to strict deadlines

Process credit notes accurately and efficiently

Credit Control, including sending statements and chasing overdue invoices.

Communicate proactively via phone and email to resolve queries and prevent delays

Provide organised operational and administrative support to the Managing Director

Identify opportunities to improve operational and administrative processes

Manage shared mailboxes and ensure timely, professional responses

Provide general business, sales, and operational support as required
