Join OSM Thome’s maritime team as an Administration Assistant/Receptionist, handling reception and administrative duties in a global shipping leader.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff.
  • Manage incoming calls: answer, screen, route, and take messages.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue IDs per security protocols.
  • Keep internal directories and contact lists updated.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Receive, log, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Perform general clerical tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Assist with basic reports, forms, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate minor purchases and follow up with vendors.
  • Support meeting and event logistics such as room setup, supplies, and connectivity.
