About the Role

Reporting to the Service Department Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of warranty claims. You will help ensure that all warranty work is authorised, recorded and processed correctly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and manage manufacturer authorisations before repair work commences for warranty repairs.
  • Cost and process warranty and pre delivery jobs daily and liaise with the Service Administration Manager.
