The Administration Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily administrative operations of the medical center. This includes overseeing front-office functions, maintaining records, supporting clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing patient experience through efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations.

Manage scheduling, appointments, and coordination between departments.

Maintain medical and administrative records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Supervise support staff (receptionists, clerks, housekeeping, etc.).

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and accreditation standards.

Monitor patient registration, billing, and record management processes.

Address patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient reception area.
