Main tasks and Daily responsibilities for the DM/MGR - Administration & Facilities Rola

1. Facility & Office Operations

.Oversee smooth functioning of office supplies, courier services, and logistics

.Monitor upkeep of infrastructure, including gym, creche, and common areas.

.Ensure timely maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.

2. Vendor & Service Management

.Coordinate with vendors for canteen, cab services, housekeeping, and security.

.Verify vendor bills, ensure accuracy, and process payments on time.

.Onboard new vendors and negotiate contracts to maintain cost efficiency.

3. Administrative Coordination

.Manage distribution of uniforms, festive gifts (e.g., Diwali), and other employee welfare initiatives across locations.
