YOU WILL LEARN
End to end process of an Invoice through dispute resolution by supporting Sr. Dispute Resolvers.
Understand and navigate through multiple functional teams in the Order to Cash life cycle.
Join daily tiered meetings.
Support projects surrounding recurring dispute root causes.
Reach out to stakeholders, process owners, & resource owners to meet commitments & elevate issues.
Identify, communicate, and execute solutions to problems that remove barriers and mitigate risk.
Perform data analysis using Excel, Biz Objects, or other appropriate software or tools to quantify financial impact of disputes.YOU MUST HAVE
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
