I am working with a growing professional services practice in the Cross Hills area, situated between Skipton and Keighley. They are seeking an experienced Administration Senior Manager who can bring confidence, strong leadership and a passion for well organised office systems.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, thrives on people management and is keen to make a real impact within a busy practice.

Key Duties Include

  • Leading and supporting office teams, ensuring smooth day to day operations
  • Overseeing and improving office systems and procedures
  • Creating new processes where needed and ensuring existing procedures are followed
  • Acting as the link between account managers, payroll and VAT teams and senior leadership
  • Managing competing priorities and changing deadlines
