Salling Search is currently assisting a global shipping company in the search for an organized, hands‑on, and service‑oriented Administration Manager to join its multicultural Singapore team, supporting office operations and managing administrative projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate merchandise planning and procurement
- Support daily office operations including seating, mobile plans, lunch services, business cards and courier arrangements
- Track office assets and oversee maintenance and safety compliance
- Support employees and new joiners with administrative needs
- Process office bills, track expenses and prepare basic reports
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts and performance
- Coordinate bunker apartment operations and tenant matters
