Salling Search is assisting an international shipowner-operator to look for an Administration Manager for their Singapore office. This person oversees day-to-day administrative operations, coordinates office services, and serves as a trusted point of contact for employees and external partners. By fostering a well-organized, collaborative, and welcoming workplace, the Administration Manager contributes directly to operational excellence and the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and procurement of corporate merchandise, ensuring appropriate and high-quality items are available for clients.
- Provide support across a wide range of office operations, including seating arrangements, mobile phone plans, lunch services, business card requests, and courier services.
- Track and manage office assets to ensure they are well maintained and contribute to a smooth and efficient work environment.
