Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries in a positive and professional manner.

Manage day-to-day operations in accordance with KPIs.

Lead and support general administrative tasks.

Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers and contribute to revenue generation.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess a Degree from a local Malaysian university.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related applications).

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Able to perform ad-hoc tasks as instructed by the immediate superior.
