Overview

Your next opportunity: This position plays a critical role in providing broad administrative support to our Dunmore team, including but not limited to purchasing, ordering, Maximo operations and compliance recording, assisting the Maintenance and Warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage site costs through the online cost tracker
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders
  • Receipt and sign off of heavy mobile equipment (HME) pre-starts
  • Management and ordering of supplies (ie office, catering, uniforms)
  • Assist quarry operations team to manage their Preventative Maintenance work orders
  • Assist in general administration/filing when required
