About The Role

Please note: While this role is advertised as 'Administration Officer', the official position title is 'Risk Analyst'.

We’re seeking a highly organised admin professional to support our operational teams within the immigration detention environment. This is a detail‑focused role ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, documentation, data accuracy, and working within established frameworks.

This position sits within our Risk team, and full training will be provided - no prior experience in risk assessment is required. If you have strong admin skills and enjoy working with information, reports, and procedures, we’ll teach you the rest.

This role is based on‑site in Darwin, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, coordination, and documentation of operational assessments and reports.
• Complete structured assessment templates and documentation (full training provided).
• Ensure information and data inputs are accurate, current, and well‑organised.
• Prepare reports, plans, and recommendations using established frameworks.
• Maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
• Support national reporting and administrative processes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and validate documentation.
