Responsibilities




  • Handle daily office supplies procurement & facility management

  • Administer expenses payment and departmental reports

  • Plan and organize company events, staff activities and staff sales

  • Coordinate company meetings and trainings

  • Warehouse management and monitoring in/out flow of materials

  • Assist in different kinds of ad-hoc projects as assigned

  • Backup role of front desk



  • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel (familiar with pivot table, Vlookup) and Chinese word processing

  • 3 years or above in Office Administration experience

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
