Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Officer to join our team and support our day-to-day administrative operations in MELM.
Responsibilities
- Assist in contacting JKKP officers from the following states for the available dates regarding the lift and escalator annual JKKP inspection every month
- Communicate with HQ Maintenance sales the status of a maintenance agreement for the units due for annual JKKP inspection
- Send an email to JKKP officers after confirmation of the schedule for units to be inspected and copy it to relevant persons in the HQ Service Department, HQ Maintenance Sales and the competent person assigned to do the inspection
- Collect and compile the inspection reports from the competent persons after JKKP inspection
- Update all data for inspections conducted (e.g.: Expiring date of CF, name of competent persons and JKKP officers and findings)
