Responsibilities
- To
manage daily agendas including meetings schedules, appointments and
calendars - To organize and coordinate meetings,
conferences, and travel arrangements - To prepare
and manage correspondence, reports and
documents - To take notes and minutes preparation
for weekly, monthly or quarterly meeting - To
safe keeping of confidential documents - To
record and manage submission of claims - To
assist in other administrative tasks when
required

Requirement:
- Candidate
should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced
Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field,
Secretarial - Preferably at least 1 year of
