About this role

As the Administration Supervisor at Travellers Choice, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of our East Perth head office. Reporting to the General Manager - Sales, you will oversee administrative functions, support internal teams, manage human resources and training programmes and help maintain a positive and professional office environment. This hands‑on role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to contribute to a nationally recognised travel brand.

You will be the go‑to person for office management, IT support, member communications and support across the business, keeping exceptional records and attention to detail, making this a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people‑focused environment.

Skills and qualifications

• High level of computer knowledge in particular office management of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams (including Planners), Word, Excel, Power BI, OneDrive, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously or effectively in a small team
