Overview
You will be required to assist in all aspects of the lending administration process, which may at times extend beyond the duties listed below. Managing the day-to-day administrative workflow such as data entry, maintaining and updating databases, lodging loans and following up on outstanding documentation to efficiently support the team’s processes. This will require you to manage requests for further information from lenders, ensure data accuracy and keep the team fully informed throughout each stage of the process.
Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry and database management.
- Lodging loans and uploading supporting documents.
- Tracking application progress and following up on outstanding requirements.
- Preparing and formatting reports, correspondence and spreadsheets.
- Maintaining CRM records and digital filing systems.
- Assisting with compliance checks and verifying client documentation.
