About the role

Provide administration support across an active project environment in Yatala, assisting Project Managers and Engineers with documentation, scheduling and procurement. This is a short-term assignment with potential to extend for the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administration and project support
  • Project documentation, filing and scanning
  • Scheduling and diary coordination
  • Stationery ordering and office housekeeping
  • Procurement support and raising purchase orders
  • Invoicing and delivery follow-ups

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • Previous administration support experience
  • SAP experience (essential)
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Confident working autonomously
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

What’s on offer

  • $40 per hour + super
  • 6-week assignment with potential ongoing work
  • 2-week handover, then independent role
  • Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 4:30pm
