Centralised Work Location in the Heart of the City! We are looking for a Part Time Administrations Coordinator to support the general administration of the Recruitment Team at Spearing Executive Search.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead posting of job advertisements across all platforms
  • Liaising with vendors and candidates for administrative and contractual matters
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team including preparation of interviews, data entry, digital filing and office supply procurement
  • Support in researching new government policies that may benefit the company or their clientele
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings with internal and external parties
  • Other administrative duties as required
