As a Finance Admin, you will be part of the team that supports the administrative and financial operations of our subsidiaries in the US and Spain.
What will your tasks be?
Financial and HR Administration:
- Support and preparation of documents in the context of accounting closings
- Management of payroll variables (mainly subcontractors), including internal employee commission calculations and preparation of commission sheets
- Account reconciliation
- Consolidation and analysis of monthly invoicing (by country and subsidiaries)
