Administrative Assistant (0.8 FTE)Financial Services G.R. Davis Administration Office, Fort MacleodThe Livingstone Range School Division at the G. R. Davis Administrative Building in Fort Macleod, is seeking a 0.8 (four days per week) Administrative Assistant. This role involves providing administrative and technical support to the Division Financial Services Team. Candidates with knowledge of and experience in bookkeeping, collection of funds, bank reconciliations, data collection, and financial reporting are preferred.Qualifications and skills:Oversee the receipt of funds from Alberta Education, LRSD schools, students and other partiesSupport the payroll coordinator with payroll data entry and payroll reporting Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityHelp organize meetings, professional development sessions, and other departmental activitiesSupport school bookkeepers to meet financial reporting and submission deadlinesStrong organizational skills...
