Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Scheduling all level meetings, resolving conflicts, and booking conference rooms.
  • Space Coordination: Managing seating and location for the entire team, including assignment of seats and internal movements.
  • Inventory Management: Raising purchase orders, maintaining data sheets of assets, managing procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment and peripherals, and overseeing the WFH shipment tool.
  • Team Building Events: Organizing morale events, purchasing goodies, organizing off-sites, and training events.
  • New Hire Onboarding and Offboarding.
  • Handling Human Resource, Recruiting, and Finance Tools.
  • Executive Visits: End-to-end management.
  • Data Collation: Gathering team data such as t-shirt sizes, birthdays, addresses, and mobile numbers, and providing data to other departments as needed.
