Our client, a commercial real estate company located in Westmount, is looking for a bilingual, bright and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join their team in a temporary role (4-6 months)


Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, handle incoming and outgoing packages and mail
  • Light accounting work
  • Assorted duties delegated by management

Requirements:
 
Fluently bilingual, written and spoken
Excel, word, outlook, Momentis (an asset)
Able to work in a fast paced environment, able to prioritize work and stay organized
