The Opportunity

Provides full administrative and secretarial support to Dean Associate Dean Assistant Dean and faculty to ensure college functions are mirrored in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Seeks to operate in a professional manner ensuring confidentiality within the supervisors office and maintaining the smooth and efficient running of the out duties with high degree of accuracy strong written and oral communication skills attention to deadlines and positive customer oriented attitude.

The Responsibilities

  • Arranges transport when required meetings and appointments; books meeting rooms; orders catering; organizes equipment for events or class projects; informs attendees of meetings.
  • Prepares English/Arabic correspondence for community or industry contacts.
  • Contacts individuals/organization on behalf of the faculty if requested.
  • Handles the Attendance Minder when faculty miss taking attendance.
