Job Description

We are seeking a full time, highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative assistant to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between our team and our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client calls and general phone duties with professionalism.
  • Utilize task management tools to assign tasks, follow up on them, and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with invoicing tasks, including generating invoices and tracking payments, among others.
  • Utilize Google Sheets/Excel to organize, analyze, and present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Use PDF editors to fill out forms, prepare documents, and perform quality assurance checks as required.
  • Optional: Provide support in addressing client questions or concerns related to QuickBooks (QB) software.
