Job Description
The Role:
You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Assisting US Agents with customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Profile:
- You have at least 5 years experience within a Customer Service or Receptionist role, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage daily tasks and deadlines
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
