Job Description

The Role:

You will be responsible for :

  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Assisting US Agents with customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Data Entry
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Profile:

  • You have at least 5 years experience within a Customer Service or Receptionist role, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage daily tasks and deadlines
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
