A‑1 Engineering is a Perth-based fire safety consultancy led by a Chartered Professional Engineer, specializing in performance-based fire engineering solutions. We provide tailored services, including fire resistance, egress, fire‑fighting access, fire and smoke modelling, and fire risk assessments, which ensure compliance, flexibility in design, cost savings, and enhanced safety.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant, located in the Perth CBD. The Administrative Assistant will perform various clerical tasks, provide executive administrative support, and handle phone and email communications. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing scheduling, maintaining office supplies, preparing documents, supporting daily office operations, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills with attention to detail and organization
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication, ensuring professional interactions
- Experience in Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workloads
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office, Monday, Xero and Sharepoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, team‑oriented attitude
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced professional environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous
