Biyara Legal is a boutique law firm specialising in native title, insolvency, dispute resolution and property law, located in the Perth CBD.

What is the role?

We are searching for an Administrative Assistant to perform administrative work as well as receptionist duties. This is a full time role, working across all practice areas.

The role includes:

  • Assisting with preparation of court documents
  • Document and file management
  • Filing court documents in eCourts and Commonwealth Courts Portal
  • Travel arrangements and booking meetings
  • Minute taking
  • Assisting with the preparation of funding agreements and tenders
  • Document drafting and formatting
  • Assisting with conveyancing matters and PEXA lodgements

Who are we looking for?

The successful applicant will have:

  • An ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
  • The ability to prioritise and organise multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written);
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and MS Teams;
  • Strong organisational abilities.

Experience within a similar role is preferred, however further training will be provided to a successful candidate.
