We are seeking a polished, Adelaide-based Admin professional to join our team.

30 hours per week

About the role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling phone and email enquiries, bookings, and day-to‑day admin while delivering a premium customer experience, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Confident using computers and online booking systems
  • Excellent local knowledge of Adelaide locations
  • <.l>Sales‑focused mindset with the ability to convert enquiries
