Administrator

  • Local mine site near Singleton
  • Complete a Nationally recognised Certificate III In Surface Extraction
  • Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are seeking Experienced Administrators for a local mine site near Singleton. The Successful candidate will be working Monday to Friday 6am till 2:30pm.

What you will Need

  • Previously administration experience in CHPP department desirable
  • SAP experience desirable
  • Certificate IV Business Administration desirable

What you will be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the key stakeholders within the CHPP department
  • Reconciliation and processing of invoices with Basware and SAP
  • Using pegasus to check contractor and company information
  • High volume timesheet entry
  • Sorting and scanning
