A mission‑driven nonprofit organization in Downtown Baltimore is seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity for a candidate who is organized, professional, and eager to grow into a long‑term role.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, and document preparation.

+ Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails.

+ Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.

+ Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, and basic note‑taking.

+ Order office supplies and support internal projects as assigned.


Requirements

+ Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, DonorPerfect, or Blackbaud preferred.
