Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Food Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Food Service Department. This role serves as a key communication link between management, clients, employees, and internal departments, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Food Service Department, including correspondence, memos, presentations, sales reports, and contract-related documentation.

Coordinate special activities with Sales, Marketing, Promotion, and Technical Services teams.

Monitor daily inventory reports, follow up on product transfers and orders, and support availability tracking.

Assist Account Executives with new account setups, project coordination, payment reconciliations, and recordkeeping.

Manage the Director’s agenda, travel arrangements, meetings, and related tasks.

Route service request calls to the appropriate departments and follow up on execution.

Requirements:

Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a Sales and Marketing department (consumer goods preferred) or equivalent.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Margin Miner, Price Point, and Oracle preferred.

Intermediate Excel skills.

Bilingual in Spanish and English.
