Job Description

(Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week – flexible)

Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday 8am to 5pm

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in a customer- or employee-facing role (HR, benefits, payroll, union environment, or leave administration experience a plus).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Workday experience or familiarity with HRIS systems.
