Job Description
(Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week – flexible)
Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday 8am to 5pm
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Minimum Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 2+ years in a customer- or employee-facing role (HR, benefits, payroll, union environment, or leave administration experience a plus).
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Qualifications
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
+ Workday experience or familiarity with HRIS systems.

+ Administer Sick Leave & LOA: Review and process sick leave and medical leave applications (short-term and long-term) in alignment with policies, union contract language, and applicable regulations.
