We are seeking a highly capable Administrative Assistant to support leadership and provide operational and project-based assistance across multiple areas. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks and requires strong critical thinking, project management capabilities, and the ability to take full ownership of initiatives from conception to completion.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who works well autonomously, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and creates scalable processes that support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and leadership team.
Take ownership of project-based initiatives, including research, planning, execution, and process documentation.
Lead and optimize the use of tools such as: Zendesk: configuration, team training, documentation, and creation of training videos.
