Job Responsibilities
- Perform administrative support duties
- Perform front-line role of providing information for incoming calls when necessary
- Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines
- Liaise with medical teams and patients in making appointments across different medical specialties / clinics / inpatient within the Group
- Collate reports for doctor's review and follow up
- Perform daily billings and accurate transactions, including closing of accounts
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- Minimum 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 – 2 years of working experience in clinic settings preferred
- Meticulous and organised, able to multi-task and work in teams
- Good customer service and front-line skills
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Computer literate, ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and manage patient registration
- Be service-oriented with good communication skills
- Systematic, organized and meticulous in work behaviour and procedure
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
- Able to commit 5.5 works day week; Mon - Sat (Sat half day)
