The Business Administrator is a collaborative, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with ease. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Leadership Team and works closely with the CEO’s Office to ensure seamless coordination across the organization.


Executive Leadership Support


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to members of the Executive and Leadership Teams, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes for executive, leadership, and board meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Manage contract administration related to funders and licensing, including organizing agreements, tracking deliverables and deadlines, and supporting compliance reporting.
