Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Controller, you'll play a key role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and keeping our office organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff and management.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, document organization, and correspondence.
  • Support purchasing, shipping, and customer service coordination as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and a clean, professional workspace.
  • Help with scheduling, internal communication, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • College diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in office administration
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable and willing to work in the office five days a week .

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in distribution, logistics, or consumer goods environments.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
