Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the office and management team
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and basic reporting
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Support internal teams with day-to-day administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
