In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our service team, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing expense reports
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers, handling inquiries and ensuring timely responses
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring information is easily accessible
- Provide general office support, such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and liaising with service providers
