Law Offices of Mary Kennedy, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant (Remote) to provide dedicated, personal virtual assistant–style support to a senior resource. This role focuses on administrative execution, coordination, and follow-through and requires someone who can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and seek clarification when needed.

9:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST
Role Overview
This is a non-legal, administrative role involving focused one-on-one support. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedule meetings across time zones
Coordinate meetings using tools such as Calendly
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups using task management tools
Send follow-up emails and reminders
Maintain trackers and provide clear status updates
Support miscellaneous administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
1+ years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal oversight
Good judgment in knowing when to proceed independently versus when to seek instructions
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours
