Our Client in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant for their office. This is a Temp position Monday through Friday with the schedule of 8:30am–5:00pm with one evening per week from 11:30am–8:00pm (flexible on which day). They are offering $18/hour.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Greeting individuals as they enter the buildingRunning insurance information and uploading data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) systemAnswering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries appropriatelyFollowing up with individuals to schedule appointmentsProviding general administrative support to ensure smooth office operationsRequirements:
Previous administrative or healthcare office experience preferredFamiliarity with EHR systems and insurance verification is a plusExcellent communication skills and phone etiquetteStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
