Our Client in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant for their office. This is a Temp position Monday through Friday with the schedule of 8:30am–5:00pm with one evening per week from 11:30am–8:00pm (flexible on which day). They are offering $18/hour. 

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting individuals as they enter the building
  • Running insurance information and uploading data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately
  • Following up with individuals to schedule appointments
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Requirements:

  • Previous administrative or healthcare office experience preferred
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance verification is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
