Description
The Administrative Assistant supports multiple leaders and teams, handling diverse administrative, calendaring, and event coordination tasks. Attendance at key meetings and events throughout the year is required.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide administrative support to two executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

+ Draft correspondence, prepare documents for signature, and maintain filing systems.

+ Coordinate executive schedules, office events, and special programs with multiple departments.

+ Support committee activities, program operations, audits, and board meetings as needed.

+ Oversee office supply orders, internal communications, and event logistics.

+ Facilitate meetings, maintain agendas, and act as an administrative liaison to program committees.

+ Prepare internal reports and process expenses.
