Our company is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and coordinating appointments.

+ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.

+ Maintain and organize digital and physical files and records.

+ Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.

+ Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed.
