Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 3.30pm
Location: Henderson

We are seeking a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join our team. This role will suit someone who is confident working independently and can engage with a wide range of people with ease.

Administration Assistant

Key Duties

  • Answering telephone and responding to email enquiries
  • Supporting the booking team with scheduling and coordination
  • Assisting with site required documentation
  • Assisting with staff inductions, tickets and permits
  • General administrative support as required

Skills & Experience

  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
