GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Execute all the administrative tasks inherent to the manager and the support activities required by the departments.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
High school at least, Desirable professional career.
3 to 5 years of experience related to the position.

Bilingual (English
- Spanish)
Strong skills in Microsoft suite products (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
Communication skills.
Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative tasks.
Assist the manager in the management process in SAP.
Administration of purchases of the department.
Ensure accuracy in expense reports.
Assist in department travel reservations.
Prepare the arrival of visitors to Juarez in terms of security planning.
Prepare reports.
Supports the movements of the purchasing department.
