We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our jewellery business. The role will involve general office administration, customer coordination, and basic support to the sales and operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and office support.
  • Coordinate with customers and handle basic enquiries.
  • Support the sales and operations team with day-to-day tasks.
  • Maintain records, documents, and basic reporting.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English .
  • Well-presented with good communication skills.
  • Passion or strong interest in jewellery and luxury products .
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Previous admin or customer service experience preferred.
