We're Hiring: Admin Officer — Libya


Maggadit Food Industries is growing fast We're looking for an organized and proactive Admin Officer to manage office operations and support our teams for smooth day‑to‑day functioning.

What you'll do:

  • Handle office administration and documentation
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations for administrative support
  • Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and vendor management
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and travel arrangements

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years in administrative or office management roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Fluent in Arabic & English

Location: Tripoli | Full-time | Reports to: HR & Facilities Manager
