Overview

  • Handle daily administrative and office support work
  • Prepare, organize, and file company documents
  • Assist with data entry, invoices, and basic accounting support
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office arrangements
  • Support Chinese management with clerical tasks
