Overview
- Handle daily administrative and office support work
- Prepare, organize, and file company documents
- Assist with data entry, invoices, and basic accounting support
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office arrangements
- Support Chinese management with clerical tasks
